Account and Data Deletion Requests

If you created an account or signed in using a third-party login provider such as Google, Facebook, Apple, or LinkedIn, you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.


How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and related data, please emailcontactus@nextbranchsolutions.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request


In your message, include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your account

  • The login provider used, if applicable (Google, Facebook, Apple, or LinkedIn)

  • A brief statement requesting deletion of your account and associated data


What happens after your request

Once we receive your request, we may:

  • Verify your identity or ownership of the account

  • Delete your account information from our active systems

  • Remove or disconnect associated third-party login connections

  • Confirm when the deletion request has been completed


Processing time

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your request.


Important note

Certain information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping purposes where required or permitted by law.
